Sunsites-Pearce Fire District is seeking a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor for retainer status. The duties of this contractor will entail general site improvements and building maintenance of the Sunsites and Richland stations. The projects will include minor to major repairs and maintenance beyond those services normally performed by district staff. Contractors that are personally related or have direct employment or investment connections with the Sunsites-Pearce Fire District staff or governing board will be considered having a conflict of interest and will not be considered.
